Governance Institute of Australia have announced Leon Cox has been appointed the Regional Director of Victoria and Tasmania.
The Governance Institute of Australia is an independent professional association with a sole focus on the practice of governance by providing education and support for practising chartered secretaries, governance advisers and risk managers to drive responsible performance in their organisations.
The organisation has more than 7,000 members nationwide and Mr Cox, who has extensive experience on member based organisations in Tasmania, said he was looking forward to again, spending more time in Tasmania working with local members.
