St.LukesHealth has taken out the Roy Morgan Customer Private Health Insurer for Customer Satisfaction Award for the fourth consecutive year. Chief operating officer Darren Harris said the fund was extremely humbled to receive the accolade given how highly competitive the marketplace is within the sector.

“What sets us apart from our competitors is that we are a not-for-profit health insurer that is consistently putting our members first,” Mr Harris said.

“We constantly return 92 cents in the dollar to members as benefits compared to the big three for-profit funds that only return 84 cents.

“Our staff are highly knowledgeable in the health insurance space and treat everyone who comes through the doors with respect, knowing that each individual has different lifestyle and financial needs.

“This award is testament to the St.LukesHealth team who come to work each day with a vision of improving the health of Tasmanians and indeed Australians.”
